Our office is taking all CDC recommended COVID-19 precautions. Additionally:

• As of March 10, 2021 masks are optional upon entry.
• Due to social distancing restrictions, family members and guests may be unable to wait in the waiting room.

If you have a known exposure to COVID-19 or a positive COVID-19 test, please DO NOT come to the office. Please call us at 281-890-7773 to discuss rescheduling your appointment.

In addition to the above precautions, Cypress Orthopedics has implemented employee screening which includes:

• Daily screenings utilizing the Coronavirus Screening Tool.
• A temperature will be taken when initially entering the facility.
• If temperature is >100.4 °F, the screening is positive.
• Employees will be sent home and advised to contact the primary care provider or local health department and to inform the healthcare provider of symptoms prior to arrival.
